Jordi Savall è una figura eccezionale nel panorama musicale attuale. Per oltre trent’anni si è dedicato alla scoperta di tesori musicali abbandonati: trent’anni anni di ricerca e studio, sia come violista sia come direttore. A partire dal 1970 incide come solista o direttore i capolavori del repertorio per viola da gamba, divenendo rapidamente uno dei più grandi interpreti di questo strumento.
Con i tre gruppi musicali Hesperion XXI, La Capella Reial de Catalunya e Le Concert des Nations, fondati insieme a Montserrat Figueras, Savall esplora e crea un universo di emozioni e bellezza, restituendolo a milioni di amanti della musica, facendo conoscere al mondo la viola da gamba e le musiche dimenticate di diversi paesi e accreditandosi così come uno dei principali difensori della musica antica.

Jordi Savall è senza dubbio una delle personalità musicali più eclettiche della sua generazione. Le sue attività di concertista, insegnante, ricercatore e creatore di progetti nuovi sia dal punto di vista musicale che culturale ne fanno uno dei principali protagonisti dell’attuale rivalutazione della musica storica.

Con Rolf Lislevand Tiorba e chitarra - Luca Guglielmi, Clavicembalo


 Rolf Lislevand ha iniziato nel 1980 lo studio della chitarra classica a # Musikhögskolan Oslo . Ha poi proseguito gli studi presso la Schola Cantorum Basiliensis # , dove si laureò nel 1987 . I soggetti dello studio erano prassi esecutiva , liuto , chitarra barocca e tiorba fünfchörige # con Eugen Dombois e Hopkinson Smith .

Lislevand si stabilì a Verona e vi fondò la " Ensemble Kapsberger " . Ha dedicato la sua prima registrazione CD pieno di musica italiana del primo barocco di Johann Hieronymus Kapsberger , il Diapason d'or del 1994 e il Choc du monde de la musique lo ha portato in Francia. Da allora , altre registrazioni seguito sotto il titolo " Encuentro ", con opere di Gaspar Sanz e Antonio de Santa Cruz ", Santiago De Murcia Codex " e " Alfabeto " .

Spesso collabora con vari ensemble di musica antica , tra cui Jordi Savall e il suo Hesperion XXI o " Le Concert des Nations " insieme. Con le proprie band , è ospite regolare di festival internazionali di musica antica come il Festival di Edimburgo , il "Festival Musica Antiqua " di Bruges o il "Festival Oude Muziek " di Utrecht . Ora è uno dei più famosi interpreti della musica spagnola rinascimentale e musica del tardo Medio Evo , anche sulla vihuela .

Rolf Lislevand ha ricevuto nel 1993 una docenza per liuto e la prassi esecutiva presso l'Accademia Statale di Musica Trossingen . Tra i suoi studenti erano lì con Maria Ferré e Mirko Arnone due successive membri dell'ensemble di musica da camera L'Art du Bois .

As a young Abbado studied composition , piano and conducting at the
Conservatory of Milan, until 1955. Among his early experiences and
directs plays with the String Orchestra formed by their father. It
dates already ' in these years his relationship with Vienna where he
goes , between '56 and '58 , as a student won two scholarships, to
follow courses by Hans Swarowski along with Zubin Mehta , who had
known the course of the Academy Chigiana held by pianist Charles
Zecchi .
Participating with Mehta in the chorus of the Gesellschaft der
